Baking From The Heart
Bev and Dar started baking fruitcakes together in 2004, each November 11th, as part of our traditional Christmas baking for family and friends. We tried over a dozen different recipes, and through trial and error we created our favourite recipes. In 2018, we turned our love of fruitcake from a hobby into a business, creating “Two Old Crows Confections.”

Due to success in our first year, in 2019 we transitioned from baking in our home to a commercial kitchen. We now sell our products at farmers markets, stores and through online orders, from October to December. Our clients range from individuals to businesses, for corporate gifts.

​Two Old Crows Confections priority is to deliver a moist, delicious, homemade fruitcake. Our cakes are loaded with traditional fruitcake mix as well as some non-traditional ingredients. Each cake has its own unique flavour, providing a pleasant tasting experience for young and old. Even those who are not fruitcake lovers have enjoyed the taste and variety of cakes we offer.
